Job Description You primarily support S/4HANA transformation projects in the life science, chemicals, and food production industries with a focus on Quality Management (QM) processes. You provide expert guidance through all project phases, including conception, design, customizing, prototyping, testing, and roll‑out in the area of SAP QM. You advise our customers on the implementation of quality management systems and migration projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You develop and present comprehensive concepts for quality assurance, including integration with production and logistics processes, tailored to customer needs. You analyze existing requirements, create detailed business blueprints, and ensure alignment with the client’s quality assurance objectives. As a senior managing consultant, you support bid teams in preparing proposals, responding to tenders, and developing accurate and reliable estimates for quality management solutions. Qualifications You hold a degree in (business) informatics, quality management, industrial engineering, business administration, or have comparable training with relevant experience. You have extensive professional experience as an SAP consultant, with a specialization in the SAP QM module. You have successfully managed at least 3 complete SAP QM implementations and have experience as a (partial) project manager with responsibility for results. You possess strong communication skills, customer orientation, a professional demeanor, empathy, and team spirit. You have deep knowledge and hands‑on implementation experience in SAP QM, along with integration expertise in ERP modules such as PP, MM, and EWM. Ideally, you have experience in the intersection of production, quality control, and logistics, and programming knowledge (ABAP OO, UI5, Fiori) is a plus. You are fluent in German and English. You are open to travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to actively support customers on‑site.
