I was introduced to State Farm in 2012 through a friend who became an agent, and after spending two years as a team member, I knew this was the path I wanted to pursue. I’m married with three children and graduated from college where I also played baseball. Sports have always been a big part of my life, and I still enjoy hunting, fishing, and golfing whenever I can. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jordan Thibodeaux - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
