Preventive Maintenance Technician

Must haves: 1. Mechanical training or experience 2. Basic electrical knowledge 3. Safety training

Position details: Maintains accurate records using a tablet Clean inspect and document various pieces of equipment Verify worn components at key locations according to checklist Safety Must have LOTO training or experience PPE must be worn for this job, steel toe shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection

The preventive maintenance technician will be responsible for the following: Cleaning and inspecting production equipment Verify oil level Add oil if necessary Clean and lubricate chains Replace broken air lines Identify any oil leaks and clean up any oil Replace grease lines Grease bearings Change oil filters Change air filters Change belts Keep accurate records of inspection Identify worn parts Create WO's Remove guards for inspections and reinstall for proper operation
