Job Responsibilities

• Own full P&L performance, driving revenue growth, margin expansion, and operational excellence
• Lead and develop teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, Inside Sales, and Supply Chain
• Champion a world-class safety culture, ensuring employee well-being is always the top priority
• Establish and execute strategic direction, aligning operations to business growth objectives
• Drive on-time delivery, quality, and responsiveness, consistently exceeding customer expectations
• Build and monitor key KPIs across operations, quality, and sales performance
• Partner with commercial teams to win new business and expand market share
• Identify and eliminate waste through Lean manufacturing principles, improving productivity and cost structure
• Own budgeting, capital planning, and ROI analysis for growth and operational investments
• Strengthen customer relationships while supporting new business development efforts
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Recruit, develop, and mentor talent to build a future-ready leadership pipeline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent experience)
• 15+ years in manufacturing, including senior leadership experience with P&L ownership
• Proven success leading highly engineered, custom or non-standard product environments
• Strong background in Lean manufacturing, quality systems, and continuous improvement
• Demonstrated ability to scale operations and manage rapid growth
• Experience building and maintaining a robust safety-first culture
• Financial acumen with a deep understanding of cash flow, income statements, and cost drivers
• Expertise with ERP systems and product costing
• Commercial mindset with experience supporting or leading revenue growth and sales strategy
• Exceptional leadership presence-decisive, analytical, and highly accountable
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels

What's on Offer

• Base salary $160,000 - $200,000 depending on experience level
