This is an ideal opportunity for an Operations Executive with experience at this level who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at driving efficiency, leading high-performing teams, and solving complex production challenges. This role offers a salary of $150K–$175K, comprehensive benefits, and relocation support. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across two production shifts Lead and develop a team Manage workflow, scheduling, staffing, and production priorities Ensure the timely delivery of high-volume, quick-turn client projects Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies Foster communication and accountability across teams and shifts Requirements 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, print, or packaging operations Strong background in production scheduling, workflow management, and team leadership Technically grounded with a hands-on approach to solving operational challenges Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across all levels of the organization Willingness to relocate (relocation support provided) Why Join our client?
