Tax Manager OpportunityWe have tremendous opportunities for a Tax Manager to play a key role working with our High Net Worth clients. As a highly valued member of our Firm, you will work closely with the team to provide timely, accurate, and reliable completion of client engagements. Come join an organization that focuses on work/life balance for all of our employees!Responsibilities:Overall successful completion of client engagements including compilations, tax compliance, preparation, research, correspondence and planningResponsible for managing trust and estate-related filings (Form 1041) and enacting a consultative approach on topics impacting wealth planning, succession, and family tax strategy.Create and execute advanced tax planning strategies related to income, investments, equity compensation, trusts, estates, wealth preservation, and closely held business interests.Review and prepare clear and concise working papersWork on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trendsDevelop effective working relationships with internal and external clientsAssist clients with special projectsDeliver projects/engagements on time, within budget and to client's satisfactionManage, mentor, and develop staff inclusive of oversight on client engagements and providing evaluative feedbackRequired Qualifications:A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accountingCPA or EA certificationA minimum of five years of relevant CPA firm experienceAbility to develop and sustain business relationships for the purpose of increasing the client baseProficiency with tax software, Microsoft Office SuiteAbility and willingness to travel as requiredSalary range is between $80,000 and $100,000Hours Of Operation:Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through FridayOur summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on FridayWe pride ourselves on our flexibility; however the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak timesAt The Bonadio Group, we believe that an inclusive work environment allows all of our people to achieve their greatest potential and the greatest results for our clients and communities.
