Russell Tobin is looking for driven and detail-oriented professionals to join a fast-paced financial services / banking support team . This is a great opportunity for candidates who thrive in high-volume inbound call environments and enjoy helping customers solve problems quickly and efficiently.

???? 612 Month Contract

???? $21$22/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Handle high-volume inbound calls related to customer accounts

Provide fast, accurate, and professional phone support / client support while meeting KPIs

Assist clients with account access, mobile apps, and general customer inquiries

Resolve issues with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and customer experience

Perform data entry and document interactions in CRM systems

Multitask across multiple systems in a fast-paced call center / contact center environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Call Center Representative,

OR a college degree (one required)

Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs / performance metrics

Comfortable handling back-to-back calls in a high-volume environment

Detail-oriented, adaptable, and reliable

Nice to Have:

Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or technical support / help desk

Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing systems, or customer support tools
