Role Description The Owner role at Kingswell Tech Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Austin, TX, responsible for overall business strategy, operations, and growth. Day-to-day tasks include defining and refining the company’s vision, overseeing talent acquisition and career services delivery, and ensuring that processes and tools support data-driven decision making and measurable outcomes. The Owner leads business development efforts, cultivates relationships with employers, partners, and clients, and guides marketing and branding initiatives that reinforce the firm’s position in the U.S. job market. This role also involves managing financial performance, setting performance metrics, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor, hiring, and business regulations. The Owner is expected to create a culture of accountability, innovation, and inclusive, ethical practices that align with Kingswell Tech’s mission of empowering professionals to accelerate their careers. Qualifications Demonstrated leadership and management skills, including team building, strategic planning, and decision-making in a professional services or talent acquisition environment. Experience in business development and client relationship management, with the ability to cultivate partnerships with employers and stakeholders across IT, healthcare, and non-IT sectors. Strong understanding of U.S. job market dynamics, hiring trends, and compliance requirements, particularly within technology, healthcare, and business administration domains. Proficiency in developing and overseeing career services such as resume strategy, profile optimization, interview coaching, and job alignment frameworks. Financial and operational acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and process optimization. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the company to clients, partners, and internal teams. Ability to work on-site in Austin, TX, and maintain a collaborative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory workplace culture.
