Registered Nurse Medical-Surgical

Schedule: Straight Nights 7P-7A, every other weekend, and every other holiday.

Assignment Details: This position may require travel for candidates residing more than 50 miles from the facility.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Current license by the Ohio State Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and psychological health.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately, monitoring patient responses.
• Continuously monitor patients' vital signs, documenting patient assessments and interventions.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families on managing conditions and post-hospital care.
• Ensure patient safety by following hospital protocols for infection control and emergency response.
