Partner with Leadership to shape event strategy and success metrics. Oversee multidisciplinary teams and vendor partners to deliver top-tier experiences. Own client relationships, lead communications, and guide decision-making. Manage budgets, timelines, and the critical path with precision. Lead site visits and on-site execution as the clients primary point of contact. Mentor team members and champion operational excellence.What Were Looking For 8+ years of progressive experience leading end-to-end corporate event programs; financial services a plus. Proven success managing large budgets and high-touch client accounts. Strong leadership and communication skills with a win-win solutions-focused approach. Experience with project management tools (Asana or similar), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel), Teams, and Adobe Acrobat. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. PMP or similar certification a plus.Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary, commensurate with experience. Full-time, exempt position.
