We are looking to grow our sales staff with highly motivated individuals who are looking to be apart of one of the most unique sales groups in the Mid-South. We will provide you with your very own online marketing strategy specially designed for you. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
Assist clients in selecting the perfect vehicle by actively listening to their needs and preferences.
Continuously expand product knowledge to become an expert on vehicle offerings, available packages, and the latest technologies.
Deliver professional, high-quality demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
Provide exceptional follow-up service to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
Effectively handle customer objections and thrive in sales situations.
Maintain a positive attitude and bring enthusiasm to every customer interaction.
Qualifications:
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a drug screening.
Must enjoy a fun and engaging work environment!
