Requirements Previous manufacturing leadership experience Metal-powder production experience preferred Strong leadership, training, and communication skills Ability to operate production equipment Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety procedures Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to remain active throughout a 10-hour shift Steel-toed shoes and warehouse attire required Ability to work overtime when approved Resume and interview required Job Duties Oversee all shift production operations Monitor production output and team performance Assign work and communicate shift priorities Train and coach production employees Operate equipment when needed Ensure equipment is maintained properly Troubleshoot production and workflow issues Enforce all safety policies and procedures Maintain quality and productivity standards Report performance, maintenance, and safety concerns to management Support continuous improvement initiatives Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
