Software Engineering, Technical - Associate Manager - Level 4

You will be the Technical Software Engineering Manager for the MDCX team within Skunk Works which is responsible for delivering high‑impact software solutions across cross‑functional programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Technical Software Engineering Manager you will be responsible for guiding a team of Software Engineers to design, build, and sustain micro‑services in C++. You will translate program objectives into actionable technical plans and serve as the bridge between technical leads and program leadership. Your responsibilities will include: Define and prioritize the team’s deliverables, ensuring timely and quality output. Collaborate with program leadership and cross‑functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals. Mentor and grow engineering talent, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
