We take pride in providing exceptional customer service, supporting our field teams, and building lasting relationships with our customers. We're looking for a highly organized, dependable Office Manager who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. Responsibilities Answer phones and assist customers professionally Schedule appointments and coordinate technician routes Prepare invoices, estimates, and work orders Manage accounts receivable and customer payments Handle emails and customer communication Maintain customer records and office files Assist with payroll and general bookkeeping tasks Order office supplies and coordinate equipment needs Support sales and marketing efforts Assist with HR and onboarding paperwork Keep the office organized and operating efficiently Perform other administrative duties as needed Qualifications Previous office management or administrative experience preferred Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with QuickBooks is a plus Experience with scheduling or CRM software is a plus Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Positive attitude and willingness to learn Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We’re Looking For Takes ownership of their work Can work independently without constant supervision Is dependable and punctual Thrives in a fast-paced environment Enjoys helping customers and supporting a team Has a problem-solving mindset and a "get it done" attitude Benefits Full-time, stable employment Paid holidays Paid time off Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive, family-oriented work environment Pay Competitive pay based on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Pest Force, llc
