Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Location: Laurel, Maryland (Territory: Howard County)Employment: Full‑time, Ongoing, Staff Position Highlights One‑to‑one patient care Mileage reimbursement Support of a clinical team Weekly pay Virtual orientation and training opportunities Responsibilities Follow designated care plans in line with patient needs Make home visits to clients in assigned geographic territories Administer medication, provide wound care, treatments, and procedures Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager Execute and properly document doctors’ orders Perform client assessments as necessary Provide case management and coordination Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state‑of‑the‑art tablet Qualifications Current Registered Nurse license in Maryland Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program (transcript or diploma) Strong interpersonal and solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel to assigned cases Preferred: Prior home care experience Base Pay $55.00‑$62.00 per point, depending on qualifications.
