Health Plan Nurse

Job Description & Requirements BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in Owings, Maryland. This is a full‑time position in Calvert County, with flexible schedules and a 1:1 care model. The work schedule is Monday‑Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. A $5,000 sign‑on bonus is offered.

Responsibilities Follow designated care plans in accordance with patient needs.

Make home visits to clients within the assigned geographic territory.

Perform assigned duties including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures.

Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.

Follow up with and accurately document doctors' orders.

Perform client assessments as necessary, case management and coordination.

Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablet.

Qualifications Current Registered Nurse license in Maryland.

Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.

Graduation from an accredited nursing program (transcript or diploma).

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

Solid computer skills; experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Base pay is $55.00–$62.00 per point, depending on qualifications.
