As a member of this team, you will help translate enterprise HR priorities into practical business actions while balancing strong business partnership with a shared-services mindset focused on standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement.You will lead and drive our cyclical talent processes, identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize these efforts. You will also act as a consultant to HR Business Partners and business leaders by translating data into actionable insights, identifying process improvements, and helping the organization adopt new programs and ways of working. A key aspect of the role is recognizing repeatable work, simplifying complex processes, and helping scale solutions through standardization, automation, self-service, playbooks, templates, and improved operating practices.Success in this role requires balancing business context and relationship management with an enterprise mindset.
