SFR3 Fund is seeking a General Manager to run a market as a lean, in-market business unit, overseeing renovation through turn for residential assets. You will spend about 75% of your time in the field, scoping homes, performing QCs, and leading training—with 25% on reporting, coordination, and admin work.
