What You'll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical populations
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments before, during, and after treatments
• Monitor treatment response, vascular access, and patient stability
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and team members
• Document all treatments and care activities accurately in electronic medical records
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection prevention, and dialysis best practices
• Support a compassionate, patient-centered environment while fostering teamwork

What You Need
Required:

• Valid RN license in Tennessee or a Compact State
• Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience, ICU dialysis experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types and Tablo Hemodialysis System
• Ability to work independently and think critically
• Strong communication and assessment skills

Preferred:

• Experience in acute care settings beyond dialysis
