Senior Financial Analyst Joints Commercial

DePuy Synthes seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Joint Reconstruction US Commercial team across multiple locations. The role involves financial forecasting, business partnership, executive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to drive commercial performance and inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead revenue and expense forecasting cycles and assess internal and external risks
- Deliver executive-level analysis and communication on business results and financial drivers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, demand planning, marketing, and pricing to identify opportunities
- Support monthly sales reporting, SOX compliance, pricing analysis, and quarterly close activities
- Challenge business assumptions and develop alternative scenarios to inform leadership decisions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum three years of finance, business, or leadership experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation software
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
- Experience with SAP, JDE, TM1, Alteryx, or Power BI preferred
- CPA, MBA, or CMA certification preferred
