Consumer Investments Performance Manager

Create competitive performance plans to achieve and exceed market objectives Provide timely feedback to the Market Manager on Client Experience and market strategy opportunities Analyze and share trends to identify opportunities to deepen client relationships Apply talent analytics to hiring, resource planning, performance management, and top talent retention Support client relationship care training to improve banker and specialist performance Gather associate feedback and customer insights on messages, offers, merchandising, and collateral Lead and/or participate in routines with region and market-level partners across lines of business Drive day-to-day integration with GWIM, Small Business, and Home Loans teams Meet virtually or in person to observe center-based Financial Solutions Advisor activities Meet with division leaders and coach as needed Monitor reporting and identify gaps and opportunities Support onboarding, training, and continuing education of Financial Solutions Advisors Reinforce compliance and supervision and provide risk management support Support leaders in implementing performance management strategies, including reward and recognition mechanisms Demonstrate managerial responsibilities including inclusion, process and data management, enterprise communication, risk management, people coaching, financial stewardship, talent leadership, and business outcomes Requirements Series 7 and Series 66 licenses Supervisory licenses: Series 8, or Series 9 and 10 combined, or Series 4, 24, and 53 3+ years leading, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams within the financial services industry Proven track record of coaching and improving performance in others Proven ability to drive integration across products and drive results through superior delivery and sales management Ability to proactively build trusted relationships with key partners and clients Ability to be a change agent and work in a fast-paced environment Experience building effective client-minded sales strategies that impact the business line Ability to communicate strategic business plans and tactical sales goals clearly and effectively at all levels High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Ability to work first shift, 40 hours per week Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in talent analytics, performance management, and client relationship strategies within the financial services industry.
