Senior Consumer Finance Regulatory Associate

A law firm seeks a Senior Consumer Finance Regulatory Associate in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries nationwide. Duties Advise clients on financial services regulatory and compliance matters. Handle mortgage lending and servicing, consumer and commercial finance issues. Work with alternative lending products and FinTech structures. Manage state licensing and compliance with financial services laws. Engage in enforcement actions and payment systems matters. Requirements Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Strong academic background and legal research skills. Excellent analytical and writing abilities. Admitted to or eligible for admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
