Carts Attendant

Position: part-time (20-32 hours). Hours: Hourly retail role; open availability Monday–Sunday required. Pay: $19.50 per hour. Benefits Eligible: Yes. Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services while keeping the loading zone clean. Ensure all physical shopping tools (carts, pencils, yellow bags, maps, twine) are adequately stocked and maintained during business hours. Ensure physical shopping tools are filled at closing. Monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools, report any IT issues, and remove unsafe physical stands or tools. Address customer needs, resolve issues independently, and, when necessary, elevate matters to a manager. Support in other customer service areas such as Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, Click & Collect as needed. When supporting in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), provide customers with a simple and efficient handout experience. When supporting in Returns, ensure products and equipment are properly staged. When supporting Click & Collect, create a positive customer experience by ensuring accurate order handoff. Contribute to an environment that embraces diversity and fosters the IKEA culture.
