The Conflicts Specialist will be responsible for conducting conflicts checks, analyzing reports, and maintaining conflict databases using both in-house and commercial tools like Intapp. They will communicate findings to Partners and Conflicts Attorneys, assist in resolving conflict issues, and support the drafting and editing of Conflict Waiver letters. The role includes reviewing conflict check forms for employees and lateral hires and responding to legal and secretarial inquiries regarding conflict waivers. Additionally, the specialist will perform related duties as assigned, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in conflict management processes.

Candidates should possess excellent data entry skills, attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in automated conflicts software, particularly Intapp, is preferred, along with strong computer skills. The position requires a willingness to perform repetitive tasks, prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in conflicts or risk management, with a bachelor's degree preferred. The role is based across various U.S. offices, including New York, Boston, San Francisco, Washington D.C., Seattle, Santa Monica, and Silicon Valley. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with at least one in-office day weekly and a salary range of $68,000 to $95,750.
