We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for an established outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation setting in Gardena, California , committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care. The ideal candidate will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans and help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplement treatment plans developed by supervising Physical Therapists
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
Assist with functional training and mobility improvement activities
Monitor, document, and report patient progress accurately and timely
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Active PTA license (or eligibility for licensure in California)
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative clinical environment
