Second Shift Production Supervisor (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
We are seeking a hands-on, bilingual Production Supervisor (English/Spanish) to lead 2nd shift operations on the production floor. This individual will drive production efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and lead a diverse workforce while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff, ensuring clear communication in English and Spanish
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines
- Enforce GMP, HACCP, and food safety protocols across the facility
- Conduct shift meetings and maintain accurate production and performance records
- Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating as needed
- Partner with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless operations
- Promote a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability
- Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing or packaging environments
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production tracking systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
