HR Recruiter

Now hiring for an HR Recruiter Location: Cincinnati, OH Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year depending on experience Find. Negotiate. Close. Make Someone's Day. We are hiring an experienced HR Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-driven professional who thrives on building strong candidate pipelines and partnering closely with hiring managers to bring top talent on board. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field required, or equivalent work experience SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus Experience Requirements At least three years of experience managing all phases of recruitment and hiring Familiarity with employment laws, regulations and hiring best practices Proficient with applicant tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite Paycor Payroll experience preferred Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities Physical Capabilities Ability to sit for extended periods while conducting interviews and reviewing candidate materials Ability to travel occasionally to attend job fairs and recruiting events Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone and via video interview platforms Job Duties Develop, facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process Partner with department managers to draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria Identify and implement effective recruiting strategies based on role, industry and organizational needs Screen applications, schedule interviews and support the interview process alongside hiring managers Collaborate on offer details, including salary ranges, incentives and start dates Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and company policy Attend college job fairs and recruiting sessions to build candidate pipelines If you are a results-driven recruiter who enjoys connecting great people with great opportunities, we would love to hear from you.
