The firm manages $110M for roughly 50 client households. That number is intentional: this is a depth-over-volume practice where relationships are measured in decades and planning is done right. The founder is building toward a clear succession horizon and this role grows with the firm — from planning support to your own client relationships over time. If you don't genuinely enjoy tax planning, this practice isn't the right fit. Someone who closes the loop without being chased — this is a two-person practice and the founder needs a partner, not a report. A 24-hour client communication standard you hold yourself to without being reminded. CFP or active progress toward it is a strong plus. No day-one licensing requirement.
