Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Charlotte, NC | $100,000-120,000 + bonuses
Galaxy ABA Therapy is hiring a BCBA for our Charlotte team. We provide in-home and community-based ABA for children with autism, and we're looking for a clinician who wants real time with clients and a team that backs them up. New BCBAs are welcome - you'll be paired with a lead BCBA mentor from day one.
Pay and Benefits
- $100,000-120,000 per year, plus performance bonuses
- Manageable caseload (typically 8-12 clients)

The Role
- Write and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and train RBTs
- Train parents and caregivers in ABA strategies
- Track client progress and adjust goals using data
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification, or passing the exam within 60 days
- Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
- North Carolina LBA license, or eligibility to obtain one
