Job Details Regional sales leadership opportunity with a fast-growing commercial roofing platform built for high performers. Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales performance across multiple locations in the Western U.S. This person will be responsible for leading commercial roofing sales teams, driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and building a repeatable sales process across the region. Benefits Competitive base salary plus highly lucrative bonus structure Uncapped earnings tied to team and regional performance Private equity‑backed growth platform with strong expansion plans Opportunity to oversee multiple Western U.S. markets High-performance culture built around accountability, activity, and results Strong operational support to help sales teams close and execute work Long‑term growth path as the platform continues to scale Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop sales teams across multiple Western U.S. locations Drive revenue growth across commercial re‑roofing, service, maintenance, and new construction markets Create and execute regional sales strategies focused on market share growth and margin performance Coach sales representatives on prospecting, pipeline management, relationship building, and closing strategy Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, activity expectations, and accountability measures Partner closely with operations, estimating, service, and executive leadership to ensure strong project handoff and customer experience Identify high‑value accounts, national/regional customers, property owners, facility managers, general contractors, and building owners Help build a disciplined, repeatable sales process across multiple branches Recruit, onboard, train, and retain top‑performing commercial roofing sales talent Monitor pipeline, forecasting, backlog, close rates, gross margin, and individual sales performance Represent the company professionally in the market while building long‑term customer relationships Qualifications 5+ years of commercial roofing sales experience preferred 2+ years of sales leadership, branch leadership, or regional sales management experience preferred Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, including service, maintenance, re‑roofing, and new construction Experience managing sales teams across multiple locations or territories is highly preferred Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-performing salespeople Ability to coach both hunters and relationship‑driven account managers Strong understanding of pipeline management, sales forecasting, margin discipline, and customer acquisition Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented, private equity‑backed environment Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, challenge, and hold people accountable Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills Willingness to travel throughout the Western U.S. as needed Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a competitive, polished, and highly accountable sales leader who understands the commercial roofing market and knows how to get the most out of a team.
