Restaurant Manager

Job Description Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and help lead our front- and back-of-house teams. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accountability, and is passionate about guest service. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day restaurant and lounge operations Lead, coach, and develop team members to maintain high service standards Ensure an excellent guest experience and promptly resolve concerns Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor efficiency Enforce company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls Work closely with ownership and management to drive sales and profitability Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment Qualifications Previous restaurant management experience required (high-volume preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team Experience with scheduling, labor management, and basic financials Comfortable working evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays Food safety certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
