Location: Menomonee Falls, WI (on-site)
Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift
Pay: $20/hour starting salary, with raises as you hit skill milestones

The Opportunity
Get paid to learn. Join our toolroom as a paid apprentice and learn precision machining hands-on from experienced toolmakers. You’ll start with the fundamentals and take on more responsibility as your skills grow, on a path to becoming a CNC Toolmaker.

What You’ll Do

• Learn to set up and run CNC mills, lathes and grinders alongside a mentor
• Read blueprints and apply GD&T
• Learn Mastercam programming and programming at the machine control
• Machine small-run parts and tooling to tight tolerances
• Perform in-process inspection on your own work
• Take ownership of the parts you complete, and grow from running parts to owning a job

Who You Are

• Currently enrolled in technical college, or recently graduated (machine tool, CNC or manufacturing programs preferred)
• No prior experience required
• Detail-oriented, dependable and team-minded
• Curious, eager to learn and proud of quality work
• Likes to build, fix or figure things out
• Comfortable working on-site, first shift
