Job Summary

Adecco is hiring experienced CNC Machinists for direct hire and long-term opportunities with leading manufacturers in the Waukesha and New Berlin areas. Candidates with CNC mill, lathe, setup, operation, machining, and precision measurement experience are encouraged to apply.

This position is ideal for machinists who enjoy working with complex parts, reading blueprints, and maintaining high quality standards in a manufacturing environment. Opportunities in both Waukesha & New Berlin, WI

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment

• Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, or similar machining equipment

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• CNC setup experience

• Experience machining large components

• Experience running both CNC mills and lathes

• Technical schooling, apprenticeship, or machining certification (not required / plus)

• OR Experience with vertical boring mills (VBM)

Pay Details: $24.00 to $38.00 per hour
