Smart Home Technician

High Power Technical Services (HPTS), DISH Network's Regional Service Provider for Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio, is hiring Smart Home Technicians. Technicians install and service: DISH Network satellite TV equipment Starlink satellite internet Boost Mobile devices OnTech Smart Home products What We Offer Hourly pay + paid training ($17/hr during training) Performance raises: $1increase after training, with reviews at 4 and 12 months (up to $20/hr within first year) Earn up to an additional $800 per month in performance and safety bonus pay 40 hours PTO after 6 months Uncapped sales commissions up to 15% plus retail bonuses up to $1,150 per pay cycle Career advancement opportunities into leadership roles Company vehicle, fuel card, tools, and Samsung mobile device provided Work routed directly from home Competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, EAP, and 401(k) Minimum Requirements 21+ years old with a valid driver's license Clean criminal and driving record Pass pre-employment drug screening Comfortable using hand tools and working outdoors in all weather Able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and access crawl spaces/attics Customer-focused with willingness to sell products and services Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
