Talent Acquisition Team Member As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will help us attract, hire and retain the top talent needed to achieve our bold vision. You will play a vital role in defining, developing and maintaining the winning culture that empowers diverse individuals to work together and create the impossible. Join Ford’s Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design (EVDD) team, which is charged with delivering the company’s vision of a fully electric transportation future. EVDD is customer‑obsessed, entrepreneurial, and data‑driven and is dedicated to delivering industry‑leading customer experience for electric vehicle buyers and owners. Responsibilities Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand needs, ensuring alignment between job descriptions and target candidate profiles. Persistently pursue passive candidates via personalized reach‑outs. Advocate for DEI both internally and externally. Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess suitability for positions. Source high‑caliber active and passive candidates through various methods and tools, including networking, search tools, job boards, referrals, events, etc. Use your creativity! Partner with hiring managers to make offers and effectively hire highly sought after technical talent in a competitive market. Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, proactively sharing data‑centric updates with internal stakeholders. Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross‑functional stakeholders internally (e.g., Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams). Join projects related to employer branding presence and strategy. Qualifications 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on influencing inclusion and diversity within a company. Expertise in full‑cycle recruiting. Proficiency with handling hard‑to‑close candidates in a competitive market. Experience or exposure to recruiting in global markets. Own the entire candidate experience to provide an outstanding experience from initial contact to closing an offer. Self‑motivated and driven: you look for solutions and impact without being asked twice. You are curious and research market trends and domain technology to gain a deep understanding of the business. You ask for feedback and seek growth and development in your career. This position is a leadership level 6 and is an hourly rate ranging from $70-$80/hr. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate’s skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
