Earn $100K-$250K+ running pre-set appointments. No cold calling required. This is a high-performance sales role for competitive individuals who want to be top earners.
Rebuildit is hiring motivated, coachable, and competitive individuals for a full-time in-home sales role in the North Bay Area. This is a high-income opportunity with confirmed appointments, uncapped commissions, full training, and a real path to leadership.
This role is a strong fit for people who like working toward goals, improving through coaching, and being rewarded for performance. Backgrounds in athletics, military service, customer-facing sales, or other team-oriented environments often translate well, but sales experience is not required for the right candidate.
You will meet with homeowners, inspect projects, build custom solutions, present financing options, and close deals during the appointment. Top performers consistently earn $150K–$250K+ annually.

What you’ll be doing

• Running in-home appointments with homeowners
• Inspecting homes and identifying improvement opportunities
• Designing custom project solutions
• Presenting financing options
• Closing deals during the appointment

What you’ll be selling
High-ticket home improvement projects including:

• Windows and Doors
• Roofing
• Bathroom Remodels

These are major projects with strong commission potential on every sale.
Compensation

• Commission-based (1099)
• 5%–15% per sale
• Monthly performance bonuses
• No cap on earnings

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Saturday
• Local territory within approximately 50 miles
