Sachbearbeiter Versand - Transport & Logistik (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben In deiner Rolle als „Sachbearbeiter Versand“ übernimmst du den reibungslosen Ablauf des Versandprozesses von Holzprodukten. Dazu gehört die Vorbereitung der Verladeanweisungen , der Transportdokumente inkl. derZollpapierengemäß unseren Kundenspezifikationen. Du kontrollierst die optimale Ausladung der LKWs unter Berücksichtigung der zulässigen Beladungsgrenzen und der sachgemäßen Ladungssicherung . Als Schnittstellenfunktion pflegst du engen Kontakt zur Disposition und Arbeitsvorbereitung . Für eine ziel- und leistungsorientierte Planung der termingerechten Lieferungen, behältst du den Lagerbestand sowie die Produktverfügbarkeit im Blick. Im Rahmen deiner Tätigkeit erfasst und pflegst du die Daten in SAP . Deine Qualifikationen Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbar Erfahrung im Versand oder der Logistik von Vorteil Gute PC-Kennisse (MS-Office) erforderlich Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse wünschenswert Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst zwischen 06:00 - 22:00 Uhr Unser Angebot 13.
