Must be determined suitable for federal employment. Must participate in the direct deposit pay program. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Creating spreadsheets, graphics, and database documents and performing a substantial range of functions to enter, manipulate and retrieve work; 2) Utilizing knowledge of grammar, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and general terminology necessary to prepare documents from handwritten drafts into final form; 3) Processing forms and requests used in various office support tasks, such as time and attendance and office supply requisitioning; and 4) Reading and interpreting general procedural guidelines, including software user manuals, correspondence procedures, and style manuals.
