THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to VP Brand Marketing, the Director of Brand Activation will oversee all regional/local marketing plus a team of 8 in the field, including 5 Brand Activation Managers and a Community Fundraising team. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead all Regional/Local Marketing efforts, including New Restaurant Openings, Local Catering efforts, Community Marketing, etc.
• Lead Regional/Local Marketing Plans to support National Marketing Calendar & Brand Strategy, leverage unique Regional/Local Marketing opportunities, and support Local field teams to drive sales and shape brand perceptions
• Lead Local Catering Marketing teams to grow sales layer
• Lead Community Marketing, including Chipotle’s Fundraising Program that has raised over $100MM during the span of the program and other philanthropic efforts that deliver on Chipotle’s purpose to Cultivate a Better World
• Support HR Recruitment marketing to build employer brand image and meet staffing KPIs
• Manage team of 5 Brand Activation Managers and 3 Community Fundraising Managers and Coordinators

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university.
• MBA/Masters preferred
• 8+ years’ experience in a cross-channel local/regional/field marketing environment; Restaurants/Retail (preferred)
• 5-8 years’ supervisory experience preferred
• Proficient with MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook
• Lead Local/Regional integrated brand marketing and cross-channel advertising strategies, Fundraising program, and team of 14

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $150,000.00–$222,000.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
