Summary: The Dual Enrollment High School Instructional Partner collaborates with Northampton Community College to support the delivery of college-level coursework within participating high schools. This role serves as a bridge between the high school classroom and the college curriculum, helping ensure alignment with college learning outcomes, instructional practices, and academic expectations. Ideal candidates: Collaborate with the assigned college faculty or staff to support the implementation of college-level curriculum in the high school classroom. Help reinforce course expectations, academic skills, and college-level learning practices. Serve as a liaison between the high school and the college to support communication and coordination. Support students in navigating course materials, assignments, and learning platforms. Maintain alignment with college academic standards, policies, and expectations. Qualifications: Current employment as a high school teacher and recommended by a partnering school district. Demonstrated experience supporting student learning in a secondary classroom setting. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Special Instructions: This is a contingent, part-time position dependent on dual-enrollment course offerings and partnerships with participating high schools.
