POSITION SUMMARY: The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the human resources functions to ensure the agency operates smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining a well-functioning home care agency and ensuring that both staff and clients are well- supportedRESPONSIBILITIES:Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.Serve as a point of contact for caregivers regarding HR-related issues, benefits, and policies. Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts.Ensure the agency complies with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
