Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Schedule : Rotating day shifts can vary based on the below times:
7:30 - 4
8:00 - 4:30
8:30 - 5
9:30 - 6
11:30 - 8:00
TEMP TO PERM - only submit local candidates that can commute to this location in a reasonable time frame. Travelers will be automatically declined. Upbeat engaging personality customer service focused. The Patient Services Associate (PSA) assists the practice/department in maintaining a patient/customer focus, supports the delivery of high-quality care, shares a passion for patient and customer-centered care, and assists in meeting or exceeding patient satisfaction and financial/operational targets. The PSA is responsible for the arrival and/or departure activities of patients in the practice, managing and handling patient calls and inquiries, coordinating patient appointments, updating patient insurance/billing information, and performing point of service activities. The PSA may function in a physician practice or a call center environment. Rotation between PSA functions and/or departments may be required.
Training will include 4-day, 32 hours EMR training. Candidate must pass assessment test at the end of the course.
