You'll be part of a diverse, supportive and inclusive culture, that celebrates our differences and puts people first by fostering growth, well-being, and a sense of belonging.What you will be doingAs a key part of the Supply Chain & Logistics team, you'll create impact by Driving safety, quality, service, and cost performance while directly supporting production schedules, customer delivery commitments, and Grundfos's Win in the US strategy.Your main responsibilities include:Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory control to ensure uninterrupted material flow to manufacturingOversee third-party warehouse providers by establishing KPIs, conducting audits, monitoring performance, and optimizing the external warehouse network for cost and service efficiencyMaintain inventory accuracy through SAP and WMS, lead cycle count programs and annual physical inventories, and drive corrective actions on discrepanciesManage warehouse space utilization, storage capacity planning, and material transfers between external warehouses and manufacturing facilitiesLead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors, leads, and associates while promoting a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellenceEnsure full compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, EHS requirements, and environmental procedures including waste disposal and spill responseWhat makes you a great fitAbove all, you are a metric-driven warehouse leader with deep manufacturing logistics expertise, strong people management skills, and a proven track record of managing both internal operations and third-party logistics providers in fast-paced environments. We would also imagine that you have:7+ years of warehouse, distribution, or supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment3+ years of leadership experience managing warehouse/logistics operations and personnelExperience managing third-party logistics (3PL) or external warehouse providersProficiency with SAP warehouse transactions and warehouse management systems (WMS)Must work on-site in Brookshire, TX plant 5 days.Please note that relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidate must have the authorization to work in the USA without support. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package for employees.
