Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac Stepdown - $2,001 per week (Hiring Immediately)

Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Wilmington, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Stepdown Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Experience: Minimum 2 years of cardiac floor experience required. Traveler Experience: Required unless the candidate has 24 months of cardiac experience . Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required. Required Skills: Cardiac Telemetry, PCU/Stepdown experience, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, sheath removal, post-MI care, pre/post cardiac cath, cardiac drips including titration, chest tubes, CPAP/BiPAP, and non-invasive airway management. EKG Test: Must pass EKG testing prior to start . Shift: Nights, 36 hours per week . Contract Length: 13–26 weeks . Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:4 for surgical stepdown and 1:5–6 for lower-acuity patients , depending on acuity. Weekend Requirement: 4 weekends per 4 weeks (flexible).
