Step Into the Flow — Chino, CA 91708
When you arrive at our Chino cross-dock, you’ll step into a fast-moving operation where teamwork and timing keep freight moving. As an LTL Dock Operations Associate, you’ll put your hands-on know‑how to work—loading and unloading, sorting, and keeping the floor safe and organized so every shipment gets where it needs to go.
A Day in the Life- Roll open trailer doors and carefully load/unload LTL freight from trucks and containers.
- Sort and stage packages for efficient processing and outbound dispatch.
- Inspect equipment routinely; report any issues before they become delays.
- Keep the dock clean and safe by following established safety protocols.
- Team up with coworkers to hit daily operational targets.
- Train, learn, and apply company policies and standard work.
- Jump in to help other departments when needed to maintain smooth operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in warehouse/general labor a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks throughout your shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility for various shifts , including evenings and weekends.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety practices.

- Packaging experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
