As an Account Representative at the O'Malley Agency, you would play a vital role in our business operations and customers’ satisfaction. You'd help improve the lives of our customers through meaningful conversations and needs based recommendations. Perhaps most importantly, you'd be a resource to State Farm's customers in their times of need. RESPONSIBILITIES Discuss Auto, Home, Life, and Health Insurance quotes with prospective customers Quote State Farm policies over the phone and during in-office appointments with prospective customers Bind coverage with customers in-office, over the phone, and online Attend networking and community events sponsored by the O'Malley Agency Review Auto, Home, Life, and Health Insurance policies with current customers Manage customer accounts and update information in the database Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status Coordinate with corporate departments (Underwriting, Claims, etc…) to ensure that customer's requested policy changes are completed accurately and timely QUALIFICATIONS Strong work ethic & dedication to helping others Indiana Property & Casualty Producers license (We'll help you earn this!) Indiana Life, Accident, & Health Producers license (We'll help you earn this!)
