Quick Facts Location: Red Bluff, CA, 2550 Sister Mary Columba Drive Start Date: 08/22/2026 Shift: 24-hour call (8am-8am) for OB and GYN ED Hours/Week: Variable, call coverage only Employment Type: Locum (per diem, courtesy, or temporary) License/Certs: Active CA license, Provider Privileges required Experience: Full scope OB/GYN and delivery experience necessary Pay & Benefits Pay rate: $0.00/hour (flat 24-hour call rate, details discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Medical benefits (W-2) Robotic referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement support What You ll Do Provide full-scope OB/GYN services, including deliveries (both vaginal and C-section) and gynecological surgeries Cover OB/GYN ED calls, responding within 20 minutes as required Collaborate with support staff including dedicated MA and practice manager Manage approximately 16-20 patients per day, including deliveries and emergencies Ensure high-quality, compassionate care during assigned shifts What You Need Required: CA medical license and active privileges at the facility 1+ year of OB/GYN clinical experience Ability to perform deliveries and gynecological procedures Preferred: Experience with inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN care Familiarity with Cerner EMR system About the Assignment This assignment involves OB/GYN ED call coverage at a leading facility in Red Bluff, CA. The facility handles a variety of Obstetrics and Gynecology cases, with approximately 40 deliveries per month. Physicians will provide urgent and emergent care, including deliveries, in a hospital setting that supports full scope OB/GYN practice.
