Swimming Activities SupervisorSupervise swimming activities at Sugar Creek Country Club and ensure that policies, guidelines, and safety procedures are followed at all times. We desire an enthusiastic and social individual that can connect with people personally and professionally while providing exceptional service to our members.Job Tasks:Successfully follow opening and closing procedures daily, depending on schedule and hours.Treat the pool with appropriate concentration of chemicals on a regular scheduleMonitor pool activities throughout shift and identify any safety issues or improper activities.Enforce pool regulations and water safety policiesMaintain a clean environment in and around the poolProvide assistance to members as neededMonitor weather reports closely to ensure safety of guestsQualifications:Must have valid driver's licenseCPR/AED certificationLifeguard CertificationStrong communication and interpersonal skills
