Job Description Service Manager--Winnisquam Marine of Ossipee (formerly Ward's Boat Show) Winnisquam Marine of Ossipee is looking to grow our service team. We have openings for a Service Manager. We pay top wages and offer the best work environment. Come join an awesome family run business. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the Service Department. Lead, coach, and support marine technicians and service personnel. Schedule service work and prioritize workloads to meet customer expectations. Review work orders and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. Work with Service Writers to make sure communicate with customers regarding estimates, repair recommendations, timelines, and completed work. Process and oversee manufacturer warranty claims. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with seasonal operations including commissioning, winterization, storage, haul-outs, and deliveries. Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous management experience in marine, automotive, RV, powersports, heavy equipment, or a related service industry. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Mechanical knowledge and understanding of marine systems preferred. Experience with service scheduling, estimating, and repair order management. Proficiency with computer systems Valid driver's license required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
