Overview Contract Manager / Alternate Contract Manager Military Health Systems — Location: Falls Church, VA, look for DMV Area (Hybrid) We are looking for an experienced professional to support a Department of Defense (DoD) healthcare project. The candidate should have strong experience in Military Health Systems (MHS), healthcare administration, and health records management. The person will manage contract operations, support program activities, and ensure compliance with healthcare and DoD processes. Required Qualifications Minimum 24 semester hours in: Health Administration, and/or Program Management Minimum 15 years of experience in: Military Health System (MHS) Defense healthcare environment Patient administration processes Health records management Familiarity with: DoD health record lifecycle management Patient administration workflows Healthcare documentation and compliance processes Candidate must have: Lean Six Sigma certification AND either: AAPC certification from American Academy of Professional Coders OR RHIA certification from American Health Information Management Association Responsibilities Manage day-to-day contract and program activities Coordinate with Government stakeholders and healthcare teams Ensure compliance with DoD healthcare policies and procedures Support patient administration and health records operations Monitor project performance, deliverables, and reporting Provide process improvement recommendations using Lean Six Sigma methodologies Support transition, operations, and continuous improvement activities Preferred Skills Strong leadership and communication skills Experience working on Federal/DoD healthcare contracts Ability to manage teams and coordinate across multiple stakeholders Strong documentation and reporting abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr Technogen
